Al Dhow Architecture – Delivery, Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Delivery Promise
All orders will be delivered within 5–10 days after the Dubai Downtown Design event, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is free of charge across all UAE locations.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and order volume. We appreciate your understanding and aim to ensure prompt and secure delivery every time.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will contact you to reschedule or provide details for collection from the courier company.

Order Cancellation
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact our Online Support Team at:

We will do our best to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed.
If your order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (see return policy below).
Our team is always available to assist you with any inquiries or adjustments to your order.
Return Policy
You may return your order by contacting our Online Support Team, who will arrange a free pickup through our partner courier service.
All returned products must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

Sealed in the original Al Dhow Architecture packaging.

Accompanied by the original invoice.

Returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products that are used, opened, or tampered with will not be accepted.
Items that are damaged or soiled may also be refused and returned to you.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund for the product price (including VAT). Please note that any delivery or service fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to 10–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A store credit or e-voucher will be issued for the refund amount.

Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby/Tamara): Once your return is approved, your payment plan will be automatically canceled, and any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days.
Damaged or Defective Products
Products are considered defective if they:

Arrive damaged, or

Develop a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase.
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair or replace defective products.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately at info.uae@al-dhow.com.
Our support team will respond within 2 business days to assist with your return or replacement.
Products Outside Our Return Policy
If your return request falls outside the standard policy, please contact our support team for assistance.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, our team will be happy to help. Gift returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 10 days of delivery.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product, subject to availability.
