If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to reschedule.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
All original documentation and packaging must be included.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
Refunds for card payments typically take 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Cancellations
